Construction of a new residential zone with 5 residential buildings

Geological report, geotechnical report and seismic modelling report for the new residential zone.
Trial pits were carried out to investigate the litho-stratigraphic, hydrogeological and geotechnical properties of the subsoil. 
Due to the poor geotechnical subsoil conditions, a soil replacement was made for the foundations of the new residential buildings.
Geological site management was provided during the excavation phase.
The density of the subsoil was verified by plate loading tests before and after soil replacement.
