The groundwater lowering for the underground construction volume was carried out in the excavation and construction phase by several deep wells, which were arranged around the excavation pit.
A soil nailed wall was realized für supporting the excavation slope.
Due to the poor geotechnical subsoil conditions, a soil replacement was made.
The density of the subsoil was verified by plate loading tests before and after soil replacement.
