Emergency interventions to mitigate the danger for the inhabitants temporarily evacuated from the building, to temporarily secure the important water supply and sewage disposal pipelines, to temporarily restore the electricity and gas utilities, to restore the "Winter Promenade" to serviceability, and fully functional to the design and implementation of the final site improvement works. During the works, a monitoring system of dangerous structures (bar and wire strain gauges, clinometers) was positioned to alert and protect the workers. Drafting of the Geological Report for the executive project and Geological Supervision of Works during the planned restoration works of all damaged structures and infrastructures.
